Misconduct, maladministration and corruption complaints

The Office for Early Childhood Development (OECD) adheres to the Government of South Australia’s commitment to improve transparency and accountability. This means the OECD will follow procedures in making and dealing with the disclosure of information in the public interest by providing greater protection to:

  • anyone who discloses information where there is a substantial risk to the environment or to public health and safety
  • public officers who disclose information where there is potential corruption, misconduct or maladministration in public administration.
